Enamelled strip uses the soft aluminum strip that suits the GB5584.3-85 standard which at 20the resistivity of it is not more than 0.0280 mm2 / m. According to various electrical insulation requirements, 0.08-0.11mm or 0.12-0.16mm thick film can be chosen as coating. Thermal bonding enamelled self-adhesive strip thickness can be 0.03-0.05 mm generally. Our company use dielectric-loss machine TD11 to select the painting process, to make film sharped more perfect.
